Summary:
- This power I was fairly impressed with, although it still could use some adjusting. As the description says this summons forth an angel that does not do great damage, but it offers some small utility. When ranking this up to 2 the Radiant Summon learns the ability Condemn with the advantage Redemption Denied that does a small amount of damage if they live through being held by Condemn. Rank 3 gives the Radiant Summon a single target heal. The plus side to this summon is at rank 3, the heal can be very handy and it even heals your other pets and summons if you should have any.

The downside, however, comes from a change to the functionality of Condemn. When Condemn was changed to no longer be a 100% hold, this changed the Radiant Summon in a rather negative way. When the Radiant Summon's Condemn successfully holds an enemy, it only lasts for a brief second effectively giving enemies free resistance to any hold powers you may like to use. So although this summon can heal, its Condemn can be a burden.
