Ritual of Arcane Summoning

Power Attributes:
+ Summons a ritual circle, which summons an arcane construct
+ Using a ranged electrical attack
+ At higher ranks, acquires Chain Lightning and Electrocute
- Leaving the ritual circle will cause the spirit to disappear
- Only one ritual circle can be used at a time
- Cost of the ritual is based on equilibrium

+ Attacks with Electric Bolt

Rank 2:
+ Attacks with Electric Bolt
+ Attacks with Chain Lightning

Rank 3:
+ Attacks with Electric Bolt
+ Attacks with Chain lightning
+ Holds enemies with Electrocute


Summary:
- To be honest, I thought it looked like a little robot, but who am I to judge. This arcane summon boasts a few electrical attacks. Fresh out of the box this summon uses Electric Bolts. At rank 2, the Arcane Summon gains Chain Lightning, and at rank 3 the Arcane Summon gains Electrocute which has a chance to stun enemies as well as give them a bit of a debuff. I admit it's been a while since I've tried this summon, but as far as Ritual Summons go the damage is somewhat decent. You could perhaps find synergy with Invocation of Storm calling since this power debuffs enemies so they take more damage from the Arcane Summon's electrical attacks.
