Summary:
- For what its worth, the recovery granted by this power is simply amazing if you find yourself hard pressed for energy in a fight. This power lays down a small circle at your feet which grants a small amount of energy every second that increases with Recovery as well as with rank so the amount of energy gained varies depending on your stats. For example, rank 3 Circle of Arcane Power has a base close to 15, and with high Recovery you may have +40% energy strength. Taking 40% of that base will show what additional energy you gain from the circle, in this example, about 6 extra energy for a total of 21 energy per second.

Also because this power counts as an energy form, you may be able to take advantage of this if you utilize powers from other frameworks such as Force Cascade. However, since powers like that consume the energy form (ie. would take away the circle) it may become a hassle creating a circle everytime you want to activate such a power. Honestly there isn't much to say. If you need more energy and can sacrifice mobility to get it, then this may be the circle for you.
